Update on Jersey City Councilman Steve Lipski – a year later

HUDSON COUNTY — It was a year ago that Jersey City Councilman Steve Lipski had a wee bit of trouble at a concert in Washington, D.C., and was accused of urinating off of a balcony. Eventually, he resigned, which may have saved him from getting caught up in an FBI sting of politicians this summer.
