Also: Millionaire CEO Jerry Carter has retained defense lawyer Joseph Hayden to represent him in the strange charges filed by a formerly loyal employee. Police have accused Carter of allegedly threatening in the employee and keeping her in some form of “servitude.” Hayden said the criminal charges are all false, and Carter will plead not guilty this week.
