Dear Editor:
During the past ten years (actually more than a few) I have been given great comfort through the service of the Hoboken Library. I’m 96 years old and housebound and require large print in order to enjoy reading. The staff members at the library are a delight. They are unfailing and thorough when filling requests they seem to enjoy assisting this old lady with recommendations and occasional phone calls and books set aside for me. What more could this old lady ask for?
I also have the assistance of my wonderful neighbor who acts as an intermediary, picking up my book and making recommendations, Mrs. Joan McGuiness. I am truly blessed and very grateful.
Sincerely,
Mildred Scott
