A funeral service was held Nov. 28 for Eileen E. Castellano, 81, formerly of Hoboken. She passed away Nov. 24. Eileen was an avid animal lover who befriended all animals who needed help. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was the wife of the late Edward Castellano; the mother of Alice Phalon and her husband Bob of Barnegat, Edward Castellano of Navarre, Fla., Jean Appello and her husband John of North Bergen, and Michael Castellano and his wife Kelly of Bayville; the grandmother of eight grandchildren and one great-grandson, and the sister of William Olsen, of Fairhope, Ala. Eileen is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Services arranged by the Mack Memorial Home, Secaucus.
