A mass of Christian burial was offered Oct. 26 at St. Nicholas R.C. Church for Rose Maraziti (nee De Martino), 98. She passed away Oct. 23 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Bayonne, she was a lifelong resident of Jersey City. A housewife and mother, Rose did volunteer work with the Christ Hospital Auxiliary and volunteered at Season’s Thrift Shop with the auxiliary. The wife of the late Frank, she is survived by daughters Frances Coratti and JoAnn Mc Grath, as well as sisters, Helen De Martino, Marie Clasby and a brother Alan Isolda. Rose’s son Jack Maraziti predeceased her. She also leaves behind 15 grandchildren; many great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.
