Gov. Corzine asks for Hoboken’s support

Dear Editor:
Hoboken is truly one of the remarkable cities in New Jersey and I am deeply honored to call it my home. I truly believe that the “Mile Square City” with all of its deep traditions and dynamic future resembles all that is great to be a citizen of the great Garden State. Whether I am walking along Sinatra Drive or enjoying dinner at La Isla on 1st and Washington streets, I am always reminded of our city’s storied history, cultural diversity and vibrant energy.
Like our state, I realize that Hoboken is facing many difficult issues as we move forward into the 21st Century, but I am confident that together we can overcome the hurdles that lie before us. It has been my privilege to serve as your Governor and I look forward to continuing to work tirelessly on your behalf. That is why I am asking for your vote on this coming Tuesday, November 3rd.
The support of my neighbors here in Hoboken is sincerely appreciated. I pledge that I will always fight for what matters most to New Jersey families. The good people of Hoboken deserve nothing less.

Sincerely,
Governor Jon S. Corzine
