I am writing this letter to express my gratitude to Sound City Electronics for their outstanding and excellent customer service.
I had an issue with my car’s satellite radio, and the service I received at Sound City was exemplary. They were extremely professional and courteous and always treated me with respect. The work Chris performed on my car was perfect in every way, and I couldn’t have asked for better service.
A special thank you goes out to Nick, who was extremely helpful and professional and was always there to answer all of my questions and concerns. Nick was very accommodating in making sure that all issues were resolved quickly.
I highly recommend Sound City and appreciate all that they did for me. Thank you!
