Funeral services were held Oct. 22 for Matilda Badgley, 89 of Honesdale Pa. She passed away Oct. 15. She was born in North Bergen and lived many years in Union City before moving to Honesdale 7 years ago. She worked as an embroidery worker for Shefield Embroidery in Union City for many years before retiring. She was the wife of the late William Badgley and the mother of George Badgley, Matilda Lastra, Henry Badgley and the late Ann Martin and William Badgley Jr. She was the sister of Henrietta Holland and Gladys Fromwalt as well as the grandmother of 15 and great grandmother of 19.
