Dr. Danuta Silber of Bayonne lost her beloved white English Setter dog, Winston, in July. She said that one witness later saw the dog being walked in downtown Bayonne, although she is not sure if it was the same dog. Nevertheless, her dog needs his shots, and she would love to find him. She isn’t sure if people who found him or saw him even know someone is looking for him.
Winston is eight years old, white with black spots all over his body, with somewhat wavy fur and long ears. Picture a Dalmatian that has wavy, long fur rather than straight fur, and you can picture Winston.
Silber has another English setter, Matilda. “She has been missing him,” Silber said.
The doctor is offering a $1,000 reward.
