An agreement has been forged between Hudson County Executive Tom DeGise and members of the Hudson County Board of Freeholders to approve funding through the county’s Open Space Trust fund for Liberty State Park’s Group Picnic Pavilion project
Freeholders Bill O’Dea, Jeff Dublin, Eliu Rivera and Jose Munoz were especially supportive of the Group Picnic Pavilion Grant The agreement would reinstate the $200,000 county grant to help support the $2.2 million Group Picnic Pavilion Field project. – Al Sullivan
