Are bar owners and bouncers reluctant to call police?

This past weekend’s Hoboken Reporter explored the topic of bartenders, bouncers, and bar owners being afraid to call police if there is a fight or other incident at their bar, because the incident is noted on their “tavern sheet.” Certain offenses or repeated offenses may result in fines and license suspensions.
