A funeral mass was offered Aug. 7 at Our Lady of Mercy Church for James D’Angelico, 80, a lifelong Jersey City resident. He died Aug. 5 at Jersey City Medical Center. He retired in 1994 after 30 years as a toll collector on the New Jersey Turnpike. He was predeceased by his wife, Joan. He is survived by his children, Patricia Cummings, Frank, Michael, Martha O’Connor, Dina D’Angelico-Elms and Dawn Mayhack; his brother Jerry, his sister Angela Petrocci, 11 grandchildren and one great-grandson. Services arranged by the Greenville Memorial Home, Jersey City.
