To the Editor:
To the powers that be, you have created another boondoggle without any forethought for us.
They came up with another flawed idea. They are going to have Avenue C from Downtown to 27th Street paved, and skip the minefield in between to 47th Street.
They are forgetting the minefield in between. Many of us have had flat tires, lost hubcaps, and were forced to get wheel alignment because of these conditions that prevail.
The person responsible for this should be strapped in his car and be made to drive back and forth in this horrendous zone until he runs out of gas.
