Dear Editor:
“INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.” The events that occurred last Thursday were shocking to say the least. When I read that our Mayor Peter Cammarano was arrested, it seemed to be a bad dream. After working many long hours and seven days a week for what felt like the last two years, I learned a lot about Mayor Cammarano. How Mayor Cammarano is being portrayed through the press is not the guy I volunteered for. The guy I volunteered for is hard working, is dedicated to help ALL voices of Hoboken, he is a man of honesty and pride. “YOU ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY” in the United States of America. This goes for every person and should be followed. As many people turn their backs on our Mayor I am happy to say I will stand by my Mayor until he is proven guilty. He will always be a great friend of mine. I hope Mayor Cammarano and his family the best of luck in the future.
