Hudson County Sheriff’s Office Receives 2 Patrol Bicycles from Neumann Foundation – Hudson County Sheriff Juan M. Perez announced that the Neumann Foundation, an organization assisting communities conducted its 20th Anniversary 101 Bike Awards program to law enforcement agencies throughout the State of New Jersey. The Hudson County Sheriff’s Office was one of 90 law enforcement agencies throughout the state receiving two patrol Cannondale mountain bikes to assist in the county parks and other areas of patrol activities.
Perez thanked the Neumann Family and the Foundation for their generous effort to assist the Sherif’s Office in their patrol duties throughout the county. “Efforts and the genuine caring of this foundation certainly completes a two fold purpose, first it of course provides for this type of equipment which will be used in the protection of lives and property and equally importantly this contribution makes our officers feel the sense of community caring that goes a long way in the area of appreciation”.
