‘Stick with your convictions’

To the Editor:
How can the people who run the Bayonne hospital lock out the employees and two days later request selective employees back to work? If this is not union busting, I don’t know what it is, pitting one employee against the other. These nurses, techs and other service people work very hard at their jobs.
I do believe the hospital was not prepared with the talents of the call-in staff.
Our hospital has been serving the city of Bayonne for over 100 years. When our nurses graduated from our School of Nursing, this is where they came for their first position – our community hospital.
