To the Editor:
There must be something terribly wrong with my sense of values when this city can unabashedly spend a gazillion dollars to “mend” tennis courts and to close libraries that service, I’m certain, more people, children and adults in far more important ways! Strange how there are always funds available for things people want, but never for things people need!
