To the Editor:
A while ago, I wrote about my friend Stan, who is homeless.
I’ve known Stan for two and a half years. I’ve helped Stan to get his social security, which was stolen. Stan has a place to eat every day. Judicke’s gives him breakfast every day.
Stan gets lunch every day at the Senior Center. I give him money every day for supper. But up to these past two and half years, I couldn’t find Stan a place to stay.
A great friend of mine listened to my story, and gave my friend Stan a place to stay. This man’s generous offer saved Stan’s life. Stan would have frozen this winter.
This special person is a great example of an individual who cares for the downtrodden.
Thank God for this person.
