A job fair sponsored by North Hudson Community Action Corporation for Hudson County residents will be held on Saturday, March 21 at Jose Marti Middle School, at 1800 Summit Ave. in Union City, from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
More than two dozen companies, including BJ’s Warehouse, State Farm Insurance, Embassy Suites, and ShopRite, will participate. Job-seekers should dress appropriately and bring numerous copies of their resumes or work histories.
“We have held job fairs for many years now, but with the economic situation we are now facing, this job fair has special importance,” said Christopher Irizarry, president and CEO of NHCAC. “We have a solid lineup of companies from around the area, with several from the health care and the warehousing industries. I urge anyone interested in finding a job, or finding a new job, to attend this job fair.”
