Bhalla, an attorney, writes: “With the unconscionable rise in our property taxes, have you ever wondered, ‘Where is all this money going?’ As citizens, we have a right to know how our money is being spent. In City Hall, too many important decisions are made behind closed doors. Corruption lurks in the shadows of our government. Transparency acts as a disinfectant to corruption and increases accountability in City Hall. With this in mind, here is a brief web video on transparency in government.”
