Hoboken Councilman Peter Cunningham has organized a community meeting to discuss the Western Edge Redevelopment Plan for Thursday, March 19 at 7 p.m. in the Community Room at 1200 Grand Street.
“As some of you might know already, the council is close to approving a Redevelopment Plan near Shop Rite from 9th to 14th street along Monroe Street and Madison. The proposal includes 1,000-plus residential units and three buildings with heights of 12, 14, and 16 stories,” he wrote.
Cunninghman said to check the website HobokenWesternEdge.com for details on the plan.
“I invite you to a community meeting on Thursday, March 19 to discuss the proposed Redevelopment Plan, talk about the remaining steps in the process, discuss how to get involved and most importantly solicit feedback on how to improve the plan.”
