CELEBRATING SERVICES IN THE COMMUNITY

The students of Mother Seton Inter Parochial School, Union City, have been busy celebrating community services not only during Catholic School’s Week but also throughout the year. The Kindergarten through 4th grade students along with their teacher, Ms. Pazmino visited the firefighters of Union City thanking them for their work & dedication with a basket of homemade cookies. The 1st grade students & their teacher, Mrs. Rodriguez visited the seniors at the Holy Rosary Residents where they performed & gave them handmade Valentine crafts. Third grade class & Ms. Magner packed lunches for community shelters; the 8th grade students with Mr. Sanchez & Mrs. Guzman spent an afternoon cleaning the parish church of Saints Joseph & St. Michael in UC. Kindergarten through 5th grade students with Sister Patricia & Mrs. Cruz continue to collect household items for those in need. Grades k through 8th grade collected over 2,000 canned food items for the food pantry that was donated to many local residents of Union City.
