The fourth murder in Jersey City took place Tuesday night when Justin McNeil, 21, of Wilkinson Avenue in Jersey City, was shot dead on the sidewalk on Ocean Avenue and Bayview Avenue in Jersey City, according to Hudson County Prosecutor Edward DeFazio.
DeFazio said McNeil died of a single gunshot wound to the chest at around 11:40 p.m.
DeFazio said no suspect has been found in McNeil’s murder and the investigation is still active.
