PIZZO, GIOVANNI. Mass for Giovanni Pizzo, 82, of Hoboken, was held Sept. 25 at St. Ann’s Church, Hoboken. He died Sept. 22 at Christ Hospital, Jersey City. Born in Salla Conselina, Italy, he moved to Hoboken in 1966. He lived with his son in Jersey City for the past four years. Pizzo was a custodian at A.J. Demarest School, Hoboken, for many years. Survivors include two sons, Dominick, and his wife Maria, and Francesco, and his wife Luz; a sister, Rosina Orlando; and four grandchildren, John, Nick, Rosaria and Frank John.
