PARAGAS, FABIAN V. Services for Fabian V. Paragas, 81, of Jersey City, were held Sept. 24 at Alvarez-Marshello Funeral Home, Jersey City. He died Sept. 23 at Christ Hospital, Jersey City. He was born in the Philippines and worked as an office clerk in the Philippines. Survivors include his wife, Gregoria (Ramos) Paragas; two daughters, Adelaida Criss and Evelyn Belen; four sons, Gilberto, Eduardo, Valentino and Rodolfo; 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
