Jose Manuel Sinchico, 67, an elderly Hispanic male, went missing on Friday, Sept. 10. He lives in Corona N.Y. but works in Hoboken as a street vendor who sells Ecuadorian crafts. He was last seen at his stand at around 2 p.m. on Friday Sept. 10 near the corner of Second and Washington streets.He was wearing a white hat, blue shirt, brown pants, and black leather shoes. According to police officials, he was not known to have any medical problems, but the people who last saw him claim he was intoxicated.
