Dear Editor:
On behalf of my family and myself, I would like to express my appreciation for the honor given to my late husband, William, in dedicating Bloomfield Street, between 9th and 10th, as “William Perry Way.”
Special thanks to Mayor Roberts, City Council members, most especially, Councilwoman Terry Castellano, who sponsored the resolution and all who attended the ceremony. It was a memorable occasion. Bill would be greatly honored.
