Dear Editor:
I would like to open this letter by telling Mayor Stack about what is going on.
I was the one who told the city fathers about the picking up after their dogs. I was the one who had to enter a house with flying cockroaches coming at us.
Mayor Stack, give credit to the Parks Department for having to clear out vacant lots with garbage coming at us from apartment house windows. Mayor Stack, when Mayor Walters was there I made him aware of the problems. Brian, how about giving credit where it is due?
