Don’t support corporate-interest war

Dear Editor:

This is a message to all the brain-dead Americans who are standing around not protesting the all-but-certain war with Iraq.

Let them make aware to their family members traveling east on the ocean as sacrificial lambs to the shores of Iraq for the invasion, to be on the lookout for a dubious thrill. Be sure they are equipped with a flag to wave in patriotic fervor. If they just happen to be in the proper part of the ocean they might have the dubious pleasure of observing an Iraqi oil tanker traveling west towards the U.S.A. It will contain a portion of the 9% of oil we are currently buying from the country we are about to sacrifice our youth for. It will be headed for the corporate oil interests that are drooling at the prospect of the first salvo signifying victory for their portfolios.
