Dear Friends at North Hudson Emergency Service:
As President of the Uniformed Firefighters Association representing over 8,500 New York City Firefighters, I would like to personally thank you for your generous donation of $250,000 to our UFA Widows’ and Children’s Fund.
As Americans, we have all felt the impact of this horrific event which destroyed our Fire Department Family and our Country. Our Union has suffered a tremendous loss of over 343 of our brothers and now must rebuild the lives of our families.
With your support, together, we can work together to help them rebuild their future. Your generosity to our Fund will go a long way to helping achieve that goal.
From the bottom of my heart, please accept my grateful appreciation for your support. Be assured that we will work hard to assist our families whenever possible and to help restore their financial and emotional future for their children and themselves.
