Is health care for all really possible? Yes!

Dear Editor:

Every other modern country in the world has health care for all. We are the richest, most powerful country on earth. We can have it, too, if we have the will to do it.

Right here in New Jersey, 1.25 million of our neighbors don’t have any health insurance, and the number nationwide is over 40 million. People without health insurance live sicker and die earlier.

Health care shouldn’t be a privilege. It should be guaranteed to everyone.

“The time has come for all Americans to have access to high-quality, comprehensive health care, regardless of income, employment, health status or race.”

Here’s what you can do id you are tired of being a Health Care Hostage: contact Health Care for All/NJ, 84 Jefferson Street #2-C, Hoboken, NJ, 07030.
