Dear Editor:
On behalf of the Morales family, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our wonderful relatives, friends and acquaintances for their overwhelming support after the passing of Nelly Morales on April 27, 2002. We are eternally grateful for the outpouring of sympathy and condolences to our bereaved family. Having such a large gathering was deeply comforting and made us feel honored.
We would like to recognize the staff of St. Mary Hospital (4th Floor North and ICU) for all of their aid and compassion. We owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. John McKnight, Jr. of Failla Memorial Home for his sincerity and endless attention to detail. Lastly, we would like to thank the Hoboken Police Department for their assistance on April 30, 2002.We would specifically like to acknowledge Captain Jay Tuminaro, Jr., Sergeant Wally Wehrhahn, Officer John A. Alvarez, Officer Bobby Truppner and Officer Willie Montanez for a perfectly executed escort.
