A plaque with info of the WTC would be helpful to our visitors

Dear Editor:

My husband and I regularly visit J. Owen Grundy Park at the Jersey City waterfront.

I have noticed recently that, in addition to people enjoying the view of downtown, the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty, etc., there are quite a few visitors from out of town who are interested in this outstanding perspective on the former site of the World Trade Center.

I think that Jersey City should consider erecting a plaque with a photo and/or diagram of the WTC, illustrating exactly where it stood with respect to the surviving buildings. The plaque could also include basic information on the building itself (construction date, size, etc.) as well as information on the September 11 tragedy. I think that this would be useful for visitors to the area for years to come.
