Dear Editor:
On January 15, 2002, we saw James E. McGreevey sworn in as the 51st Governor of the State of New Jersey. As the Governor stated during his inauguration, it is now time to get down to business in the best interest of the State of New Jersey.
Not only those of us who supported James E. McGreevey in his quest for Governor of the State of New Jersey, but also those who may not have supported him, should come together in the bipartisan effort in the best interest of this great State.
The wants and needs of labor and the citizens of New Jersey can be served through a joint effort for all concerned. Let us do whatever possible to assist and work with Governor McGreevey to ensure that his programs are our programs.
I (we) believe that Governor McGreevey will do everything possible to assist the working people of New Jersey and also those in need. Together, we can work towards our goals and those of the newly elected Governor. Remember it takes a team effort to be a winner, and with teamwork we can all be winners.
