Stuck on the treadmill: Some Hoboken residents still waiting for gym owner to pay up

Dear Editor:

I made the mistake of prepaying for two years for myself and my wife. I was told to write them a letter for my refund, which I did, with no results. I have since called six times and have never gotten to Mr. Winters or had him return my calls. I sent another letter, return receipt, detailing my attempts to contact him and asking for my refund again, on the advice of my lawyer. I now am in the midst of filing a lawsuit. It shouldn’t be this hard.
