Dear Editor:
Our family at St. Joseph’s School for the Blind is deeply saddened by the recent World Trade Center disaster. We shall marshal all our resources to extend support and guidance to any individual or family who may have suffered a visual problem or any other eye related problem, by guiding them to the proper person or agencies to assist them in their time of need.
St. Joseph’s School for the Blind is the only School for the Blind in the State of New Jersey and has been serving blind/visually impaired people for over 110 years.
We offer a wide range of Educational Programs and Services, as well as Residential Facilities for our students, from infancy to age 21.
Anyone seeking help or direction, please feel free to call Ed Lucas on our toll-free number, 1-800-45 St Joe (1-800-457-8563) or you may write to Ed Lucas at St. Joseph’s Home for the Blind, c/o Ed Lucas, 253 Baldwin Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306-1388.
