One-way street ordinance tabled
Commissioners tabled an ordinance that would establish two streets as one-ways. On Adams Street between 70th and 73rd streets, traffic would head north. On Jackson Street between 73rd and 70th Streets, traffic would head south.
The one-way street ordinance was based on a request from Guttenberg, because there is a new building project planned there. According to commissioners, after discussion with Guttenberg, it was decided that it would be more prudent to wait and see if there is any impact from the project first.
