Jersey City resident charged with alleged Hoboken burglary

HOBOKEN—Joseph Boswell, 49, of Jersey City was arrested Sunday Oct. 16 and charged with two counts of alleged burglary, theft, and burglary tools.
Officers responded to the area around 91 Jackson St. on a report of someone attempting to enter the address, using an unknown tool.
Officers found Boswell a short distance away. He allegedly fit a description given. During the investigation detectives identified Boswell from a previous alleged burglary on Oct. 12 in which a bicycle and a package were stolen.
