HOBOKEN — The day care attended by the 18-month-old daughter of Hoboken train crash victim Fabiola de Kroon has set up a Gofundme to help with a scholarship for her. Also, they will be hosting a vigil for her at 7:30 p.m. this Thursday at the popular toddler park, Columbus Park. Here is the link for the Gofundme .
