Bayonne resident and High Tech High School Senior Joseph Saylor finished 4th place overall out of 263 runners, and 1st Place in the Men’s 19 and under age category at the “Run for the Arts” 5K Race in Ocean Grove, NJ. On the left is Joseph receiving his 1st Place Award.
