The Division of Recreation is holding registration for the Youth Co-Ed Flag Football League. The League is open to boys and girls in grades 1 through 8. All participants must be Bayonne residents.
The fee for the Youth Flag Football League is $5 per player. The fees collected will go towards the costs of running the program. The fee is non-refundable. All individuals who sign up will be placed on a team by the Division of Recreation.
The League will be broken down into divisions based on grade. There will be four divisions: Instructional Division I, Grades 1 and 2; Instructional Division II, Grades 3 and 4; Division III, Grades 5 and 6; Division IV, Grades 7 and 8. Divisions may change, depending on the final number of participants registered in each division.
Games will be played during the week at 4:30 and 5:15 p.m. at Gorman Field.
The deadline for all applications and payment is September 1, 2016. All applications and payment must be returned to Room #13 in City Hall. The season is tentatively set to begin on September 12.
