YENOLEVAGE, ANDREW

Private funeral services took place May 17 for Andrew A. Yenolevage of Weehawken He passed away May 11 at home surrounded by his family. Andrew was a trained pilot for the Air Force during World War II. He also attended, and graduated as an officer in the Merchant Marines (class of 1953) with a degree in mechanical engineering. He was a commissioned officer in the Merchant Marines, Navy and the Coast Guard. While in the reserve he was promoted to Lt. JG. He was a senior project engineering manager in charge of scheduling and planning, working at Ingersoll Rand and later Airco BOC in Murray Hill.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years Beatrice (Thompson) Yenolevage; daughters Grace Marini of Italy, Marilyn Hollenbeck of Connecticut, and Valerie. Along with four grandchildren, Michael and James Roman, of Roseland, Christian and Melinda Marini of Italy, and son-in-law Filippo Marini of La Maddelena, Italy. He was predeceased by his daughters Karen Roman, and Jane Yenolevage. Services arranged by the Leber Funeral Home, Union City.
