76, a lifetime resident of Bayonne, passed away on May 1, 2016. He had worked as an investigator for the State of New Jersey prior to retiring 16 years ago. Vincent had served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Catholic War Veterans, post 1612 in Bayonne. He also enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and Las Vegas. Vincent is the father of Nicole Russotto and John Russotto & his wife Christina; brother of Patricia Urciuoli; former spouse of Connie (nee: Tomkins) Russotto; grandfather of Talia, John Jr., Giovanna and the late Michael Russotto.
