67, passed away on March 10, 2016. He was a lifelong resident of Bayonne and went to the local schools. Stanley was the son of the late John Marko, and Jean (nee: Walewski) Marko. He was the husband of Cheryl Dodd-Marko for 27 years. He was also survived by his former wife, Patricia Leavy and her husband, Alan. He was the father of Michele Zabnicki; and grandfather of Madison Elizabeth Zabnicki. He was the father of Scott Stanley Marko and his wife, Tara, and was grandfather to Anthony Scott Marko. He was a stepfather to Michelle Marie Grabowski and her partner, Michael Hendriksen. He was also survived by “Brother Bob”, Robert Dodd, his brother-in-law and his wife, Frances and sister-in-law, Beverly Sabol and their families. Stanley is also survived by cousins, Edward Hiott and Leon Walewski, with whom he grew up on 15th street. He will also be missed by former in-laws, Mary Ann Wessel; Linda Wessel, and Adam and Joanne Trikouros. In lieu of flowers, donations in Stanley’s memory can be made to your favorite charity.
