44, passed away on March 2. He passed peacefully with his family by his side. He fought fiercely and heroically for 29 months against GBM, an insidious form of brain cancer. He leaves behind his parents Diane and Keith Brennan and Bruce Piechocki and Barbara Reed; his brother Chris, sister-in-law Heather and his nephew, Jake Matthew and niece, Ella Rose. He also leaves an extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins. And not at least are his friends, way too numerous to mention. On March 10, a memorial celebrating his life will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall from 6-9 p.m. All are welcome to help remember and celebrate our Bruce. In lieu of flowers the family has set up a scholarship to the Bob Hurley summer basketball camp to afford the opportunity for underprivileged children to attend.
