A funeral service was held Jan. 18 at the Coptic Orthodox Church of St. Mark, Jersey City, for Allam Abdelnoor, 83. He passed away Jan. 15 at his residence with his family at his side. Born in Kena, Egypt, he has resided in Jersey City for over 45 years. He was an engineer for the MTA in New York before retiring. He was predeceased by his wife, Frances (nee: Agard) Abdelnoor. He is survived by his children; Audrey Zaki and her husband Magdy, Henry and his wife Carmen and Michael Abdelnoor; his grandchildren, Julia and James Zaki and Matthew Abdelnoor. Services arranged by the Bayonne Memorial Home, Bayonne.
