wife of the late John O’Connell passed away on January 3, 2016 at Riverview Hospital in Red Bank. Julia lived seventy nine years of her life in Bayonne before moving to Lincroft in 2005. She was a 1943 graduate of Bayonne High School where she was a member of the National Honor Society. Julia was predeceased by her husband John as well as her parents, Concetta and Sam Dileo and her siblings, Florence and Noble Dileo. She is survived by her four children: John (wife Andrea) of Oceanport, N.J., Lorraine (husband Jack) of Kimberton, PA, Robert (wife Elizabeth) of Forest Park, IL, and Brian (wife Jane) of Middletown, N.J. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Julia retired after twenty years from the Superior Court of Hudson County as a Supervisor in the Violations Bureau. Upon retiring Julia moved to Luftman Towers in Lincroft where she a communicant and active member of St. Leo the Great Parish. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude’s Hospital for Children in Memphis Tennessee on Julia’s behalf. Funeral arrangements by JOHN E.
