84, of Bayonne died November 19, 2015 while he slept. Formerly of Jersey City, a grandfather, uncle and stepfather, he will be missed by all. Roger had a B.A. & an M.A. in urban education from New Jersey City University. He was a member of the Phi Theta Honor Society in History in 1978. He was named in the Who’s Who in American Universities in 1979 and Outstanding Young Men in America in 1982. Honorably discharged from the U.S. Army, he attained 3 campaign ribbons and awards.
