She was a communicant of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church in Bayonne. She was predeceased by her parents Andrew and Agnes (nee: Burza) Kita and her siblings, Charles Kita, Rev. August Kita and Adele Melofchik and her late husband Eugene. Aunt of Rose Ormsby and her husband John, Therese Romanelli and Gregory Melofchik.
