GUTTENBERG – Three Guttenberg officers were promoted during the Town Council meeting on Oct. 26. Accompanied by friends, family, and fellow public servants from Guttenberg and neighboring towns, Juan Barrera was promoted to Lieutenant, Albert Hernandez was promoted to Sergeant, and Matthew Luciano was promoted from a class two special police officer to a regular police officer.
